Monthly rate $575 (management reserves right to designate pad location). Long term limited to less that 180 days.

Currently in “soft opening” phase (bath house not 100% complete). 20% off standard rates until bath house complete.

Lodge is available for event rental. Rates dependent on number of people attending, and event type. Refrigerator(s), sink, and men’s and women’s restrooms available.

Lodge rental free for groups with minimum of 10 RV sites booked for a minimum of 3 nights. Must provide own clean up or applicable charges will apply.
