Monthly rate $575, which includes all utilities, internet, and 11% lodging tax. Management reserves right to designate pad location. Long term limited to less that 180 days.

Lodge is available for event rental. Rates dependent on number of people attending, and event type. Refrigerator(s), sink, and men’s and women’s restrooms available.

Lodge rental free for groups with minimum of 10 RV sites booked for a minimum of 3 nights. Must provide own clean up or applicable charges will apply.
